Hamza Accepts Islam - Prophet's uncle Hamza was not so prominent in Makkah at that time but he was very brave. Everyone knew him as the son of Abdul Muttalib.
The events of 6th Hijri. One day, near Abu Jahl Safa hill,
the Prophet, peace be upon him. Who insults and hurts him.
The Prophet then remained completely silent. Abu Jahl did
not answer any of his words. Abu Jahl threw a piece of stone at the Prophet's
head to anger him.
In this, the Prophet, peace be upon him. Its head explodes.
Blood started to flow from the wound. A maidservant of Abdullah ibn Judain saw
this scene.
Nabiji's uncle Hamza was returning from hunting. The maid went to Hazrat Hamza and narrated this incident.
Hazrat Hamza burst into anger. Abu Jahl's courage is so big
that he raised his hands on my nephew?
Hazrat Hamza was the most powerful young man among the
Quraish of Makkah. He then stood there and announced,
I will kill Abu Jahl wherever I find him. Then Hamza came to
the Kaaba to look for Abu Jahl.
This is where Abu Jahl was. Hamza then said to him, O
wretch! You insulted my nephew even though I am a follower of his religion!
Then Hazrat Hamza RA. He hit Abu Jahl's head with his bow so
hard that his head burst.
After this incident, rivalry started between Banu Makhjum
tribe of Abu Jahl and Banu Hashem tribe of Hazrat Hamza.
Abu Jahl admits the fault after seeing the incident and
says, you should stop the trouble. I actually abused Muhammad.
Acceptance of Islam by Hamza
Even before this incident, Hazrat Hamza RA. He did not
accept Islam. Abu Jahl told him about Islam to scare him.
Then Hazrat Hamza Nabiji SAW. He came to it and acceptedIslam. Through this Allah strengthens Islam.
This is how Allah Ta'ala brought some more powerful people
under the shade of Islam one by one. Among them, Hazrat Umar RA. One of the
Islam continues at its own pace.
